Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Shipping Terms: All products are shipped F.O.B. Commack, NY 11725 to a single customer location within the contiguous United States.
• Tracking: Tracking information is provided for shipments upon request.
• Payment Terms: COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments are not permitted.

Additional Freight Services
Non-standard shipping options such as expedited or same-day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, sourced or non-stock items, hazardous materials, use of a customer’s carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S., or special handling may incur additional charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Fuel surcharges may also apply.

Risk of Loss & Damage
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. If a product is damaged during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
